I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason! If you try to convince me otherwise that will lead to a Temporary, One Week Ban the first time you try. The second time it will be an Indefinite Ban. I do not play baseball, you do not get a third chance.

You may not ever use my art to train AI.

You may not ever run my art through any form of AI bot.

If you are caught using my art in AI you will be put on my personal blacklist and reported to the AFTERGLOW management for their own record.

You may not alter my art, the only exception to this is to crop it for use as an icon/avatar/profile pic on social media.

If you wish to use my art as an icon you must credit me using my bluesky/tumblr/ko-fi, I will be more than happy to make it an icon for you.

Revisions must be requested at the time of a progress milestone check in. (See my timelines below for my projected milestones.)

Revision requests must only be for the progress milestone being sent for approval. For example: you may request composition changes, such as posing, when the composition sketch is sent. You may not request pose changes when color progress is sent.

Major revisions past composition and/or refined sketch phases may result in additional fees.

Will: Furries, Armor, All Genders, All Body Types, NSFW, SFW, Queer Art, Stylized Real Person Portraits.

Wont: Clowns, Cannibalism, Spiders, Gore (blood is fine just not like... organs hanging out ya know?), incest, lolicon, Real Person Fiction.

Ask About: Kink (I will give a simple "Yes" or "No" Judgment free! but please don't try to convince me if I say no, you will be subject to my scond point on my TOS)

For any commissions I take please keep in mind that I have a day job, so all my work time for commissions is on the weekends. So it takes me a bit of time to get through my queue.

I work on my commissions in the order I get them. However I will sometimes work on two at the same time if they are simpler commissions.

If you need a commission by a certain time, let me know and we can work something out. But I will need full payment up front for any rush order.

I try to send progress shots at large milestones. These tend to be, the composition sketch, refined sketch, lineart progression, and base color. At any of these times you may request revisions that have to do with that step.

I am more than happy to send an updated progress shot upon request outside of my usual projected milestones.
